PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: All rentals require advance deposit.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Initial Checkout:

Minimum one hour dual with open book aircraft written examination. Checkout valid for 60 days.

2. Currency in Type A/C:

Initial checkout good for 60 days. Each flight within the 60-day period automatically revalidates currency for another 60 days.

3. Complex Aircraft:

For Solo rental – requires 10 hours in type, with checkout and currency.

4. All Aircraft Scheduling:

Requires advance payment of estimated hours. Account will be balanced after return of flight.

5. Overnight Rentals:

Four-hour minimum charge per day (24-hour period).
